All Palo Alot Fit services operate on an appointment-only basis to provide clients with maximum privacy and attention. Our state-of-the-art gym palo alto fit is a 10,000 square foot personal training. One space is centered around a 2,000 square foot turf field. It is ideal for movement and intense training such as sled pushes, sprints, and tire flipping. The other space is dedicated to private personal training. We also have best-in-class functional strength, cardio, and mobility equipment.
