STEP #1 ASSESSMENT

Going through a discover what has shaped your body over time. We will assess posture, mobility, and determine incidences of trauma. We will also conduct neurological and orthopaedic assessments.

STEP #2 TREATMENT PLAN

Following your Structural and Functional Examination, Dr. Griffith will report findings and suggest treatment options. We will discuss all of your exam findings, and you’ll walk away with a better understanding of your body and a roadmap how to recover.

STEP #3 REHABILITATION

Recovery and building your body take time. Upon assessment, you may find that rehabilitation visits are necessary. Chiropractic Palo Alto Fit will work with you to determine a plan to help your body perform better and strategies you can utilize our personal trainers or work on your own.

If you have muscle imbalances and restrictions in movement, you are causing microtrauma to your musculoskeletal system. Over time this will cause your body to break down prematurely, resulting in reduced performance, and setting yourself up for injuries.

We will work with you on a program to relax and lengthen your tight muscles, activate and strengthening your weak muscles, and integrate the involved muscles to reestablish functional synergistic movement patterns.
