Most clients train 2-3 times per week, depending on goals, schedule, and recovery needs. Your personal trainer in Palo Alto will recommend frequency based on your situation.
Sessions are credit-based and don’t expire. If your schedule only allows 1x or 2x per week, you’ll simply complete the 24 sessions over a longer timeframe.

We work with children starting at age 5 through age 18. Training is adapted based on developmental stage, not just chronological age.
Yes. Our kids personal training in Palo Alto is designed for all ability levels. Many of our youth clients have no prior athletic experience.
Parents are welcome to observe or wait nearby based on preference and child’s comfort level. For younger children (5-8), many parents stay initially. For older children (9+), most parents drop off.
Most youth clients train 1-2 times per week. Frequency depends on age, goals, sport commitments, and schedule.
Our 1-on-1 model is ideal for children who feel uncomfortable in group settings. Private training allows them to learn at their own pace.
No. We’re a private personal training studio, not a gym. Access is by appointment only for personal training clients.
