RESULTS-DRIVEN GROUP CLASS TRAINING
Are you looking for a fitness solution that is somewhere in between personal training and group classes? Small Group Class Training might be the right fit for you! Our small group class training combine the safety and community feeling needed for functional strength and conditioning training.
Our small group classs program has seven 50 mins classes per day from Monday to Friday and two 50 mins classes on Saturday. Each month will have a new strength, conditioning and mobility focus area and goal.
Every class has 15 minutes of strength and conditioning with 10 minutes of warm-up and cool-down. Monday through Saturday will have three different full body and core strength exercises on a four-weekly cycle. The cardio training will always be varied, challenging, and fun.
Group class training is not designed for those clients looking for corrective exercise or for athletes looking for sport specific performance training. To be sure that you are the right fit for this program, we offer a free fitness assessment which includes a fitness test, at which time we will determine if you qualify for group training.

SMALL GROUP CLASS
Each small group class training session will include a dynamic warm-up, mobility drills, glute/core activation, functional strength training, and a cool-down.
Every exercise has a customized progression and program variables (intensity, volume, and rest time) specific for each participant. We can ensure that every training session will focus on Strength and Conditionals goals and facilitate improvements in strength, improve body composition (decreasing body fat % and increase muscle mass) and improve metabolic conditioning.

Our small group class training is a holistic fitness program that includes mind, body, and diet.
Our program will help you move better, eat better and feel better.
Our program is focused on joint mobility, core stability, bodyweight movements, resistance training and cardio workouts.
Our workouts use a combination of stabilization, strength, and conditioning exercises.
