Jonathan has been a personal training for over four years now and have loved every minute. His whole life has been into fitness, whether it be playing sports or weight training. His philosophy on training is that it takes time to reach goals and there can be different ways to get there but once you find what works for you, all that’s left is to work hard and be consistent.
