Matthew has always had an active lifestyle. He competed in Tae Kwon Do as a child and played badminton and ran cross country in high school. In college he played men’s club volleyball. He has always had a passion for sport and exercise, which led him to complete his kinesiology degree at CSU Monterey Bay.
He enjoys working with clients with various health and fitness goals from weight loss to building strength or just becoming more active to improve health. Before becoming a trainer, Matthew worked as a chef in restaurants for seven years. His diverse background allows him to help his clients achieve their health and fitness goals no matter where they are starting from.
