The Palo Alto Fit VIP-Membership Program offers a complimentary Stress and Flexibility Program exclusively for our VIP Personal Training clients.

The goal of this program is to offer a way to enhance your Personal Training Program with a holistic wellness approach in mind. Our VIP Membership Program includes weekly classes focusing on releasing stress and increasing flexibility.

There’s more to Yoga then you may think.  There’s the physical and mental focus and there’s also social health.

Our Membership class is geared toward all levels of experience with a focus on alignment oriented practice that emphasizes the forms and actions within yoga postures. Emphasis is placed on flexibility, balance, core, and strength as well as concentration and breath control.

Not only does stress erode your emotional wellness, it has also been linked to serious health problems. Take action to help eliminate stress before it takes a toll on your mental and/or physical health.day or join our Mediation class once a week.

Stretching and Self-Myofascial-Release SMR (foam rolling, trigger point release technique) is the process of removing adhesions on your own. Flexibility should follow a systematic progression of corrective flexibility, active flexibility, and functional flexibility.

Our Body Tune-Up Class is a combination of self-myofascial release, static stretching, active-isolated stretching, and dynamic stretching.
