What is Nutrition & Health Coaching?
Most of us know that we should be eating at least five servings of fruits and vegetables per day, but less than 10% of people are doing it. Often knowing what a healthy lifestyle looks like is not enough to make it a reality. Health Coaching provides individuals with the support and accountability to achieve their health and fitness goals. It uses evidence-based practices to promote lifestyle behavior changes and adherence. The role of a health coach is to listen and help you discover solutions to the problems that have kept you from thriving in your wellness. The approach is client-based, meaning it considers the whole person in order to create a plan that is unique to you and your goals. No plan is the same and it is entirely customized to you.
