About Erik
Erik started his fitness journey with football and wrestling in high school, discovering strength training to maximize his athletic performance.
Erik has been a personal fitness trainer for 5+ years. He enjoys working with all kinds of people, and is inspired by his clients who are working achieve their fitness goals – whether it is gaining muscle, losing weight, or improving their mobility and functionality.
