Mitchell has played multiple sports locally since childhood, including baseball, basketball, tennis, and soccer. He discovered his passion for fitness while recovering from tearing his ACL playing baseball in high school. The rehabilitation process taught him the importance of self-care and perseverance through adversity. In college, Mitchell passionately pursued fitness and earned his NASM certification as a CPT. He strives to better himself and others around him by giving them the tools needed to improve their quality of life through teaching sound training and nutritional principles. With his experience of training clients throughout college, Mitchell continues to help others achieve their fitness goals.
