About Ryan

Ryan has been passionate about exercise ever since he started resistance training as a teenager to gain size and strength for sports. Growing up, Ryan enjoyed playing a variety of sports, including football, basketball, baseball, golf, and tennis, and continues to play recreational basketball to this day. Although Ryan started lifting weights with the intention of gaining muscle in the short term, the habit has remained as a part of his daily routine ever since. In college, Ryan studied mechanical engineering before ultimately graduating with a degree in biochemistry. Ryan’s background in these disciplines as well as his experience in the weight room make him confident that he can help anyone achieve their fitness goals.
