Travis began his fitness journey when he was 20 after he injured his right shoulder. At the time, he also realized he was unhealthily underweight and felt fatigued most of the time. During his rehabilitation process, he discovered that fixing muscular instabilities, developing core strength, and having proper muscular activation is key to developing a proper workout routine and preventing injury. After seeing results from his training regime, he developed a passion for fitness. From that moment on, he wanted to get a degree in Kinesiology to help others in their fitness journey.

Travis attended Sacramento State University where he received his B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Clinical Exercise and Rehabilitation. He also received his personal training certificate through the National Academy of Sports Medicine to further his knowledge in exercise science. Using the knowledge he gained from his studies and two years of experience as a personal trainer, he aims to help others become stronger, healthier, and the best versions of themselves.
