BODY COMPOSITION

Body Composition Analysis is essential to completely understand health and weight. Going beyond your bathroom scale, body composition analysis breaks down your body into three components: Muscle mass, Fat, and Water.

We will analyze your Body Composition every 3-4 weeks during your Weight Loss Palo Alto Fit program.

NUTRITION COACHING

We provide customized 1:1 weight loss nutrition coaching. Your personal nutrition coach will provide individualized and science-based solutions that are realistic for your lifestyle. And, you can reach out to your nutrition coach any time if you ever have questions or concerns. Now that’s service!

MEAL PLANNING

All of our customized weight loss meal plans balance five factors: Carbohydrates, Protein, Fat, Vitamin & Minerals, and Water and they fall within the Acceptable Macronutrient Distribution Range outlined by The Institute of Medicine of the National Academies, as referenced in the Dietary Reference Intakes.

We’ll help you to choose delicious, healthy foods that will keep you satisfied and the cravings minimized. Weight loss requires you to commit to a change in your lifestyle – we can help!

Get moving! Let’s discover what activity works best for long-term success. Walking, swimming, bike-riding or a gym workout; whatever activity appeals to you should be something you look forward to.

You should achieve at least 60 minutes of activity every day. Working with one of our Personal Trainers will help to reach that goal by following your personalized program.
