Palo Alto Fit is a private personal training studio founded in 2015 with a simple mission: to help people move better, feel stronger, and live longer. Located in the heart of Palo Alto on California Avenue, we’ve grown steadily through word of mouth, building a loyal community of clients who value expert care, personalized programming, and a welcoming environment. Today, our single location is home to a dedicated team of over 20+ professionals and more than 150+ five-star Google reviews, a testament to the trust we’ve earned over time.

Palo Alto Fit was founded by Nina Nguyen, a lifelong advocate for movement and wellness. After years of working in health research at Stanford University, Nina saw a need for a more personalized, human approach to fitness. She opened Palo Alto Fit to create a space where individuals and families could train in a safe, supportive, and private setting. Under her leadership, the studio has evolved into a 8,000 sq ft, purpose-built environment dedicated entirely to personal training, designed to support long-term health, vitality, and meaningful client relationships.
