How to Measure
Your Success
Because change doesn’t happen overnight, we’ll design a specific 3 to 4-week program depending on your needs and goals. At the end of each cycle, we’ll take a Body Composition Scan to see what’s changed. You can also track your progress with the InBody Scan app.
We measure for:
- Body Composition
- Strength Increase
- Flexibility Improvement
- Posture Correction
- Cardio Improvement
- Movements Screen
- Balance Improvement
- Nutrition Intake

Lifestyle Training
Lifestyle-focused personal training programs are customized, balanced, challenging, and fun. Your program will be adjusted every 3-4 weeks based on your progress level and goals.
Increasing strength is important for functional movements and balance in your musculature and enhances joint stability and posture. Posture exercises enhance the structure of your body and cardiovascular exercises are the foundation of fitness and health.
Every exercise has a customized progression and program variables (intensity, volume, and rest time) specific for each client. Each personal training session will include a dynamic warm-up, mobility drills, glute/core activation, functional strength training, and a cool-down.
