The fitness assessment is the first step to getting started with PA Fit. The assessment is an effective tool to help you visualize the BIG picture of where you are now. It starts with a questionnaire, some measurements, and physical testing. At the end of the assessment, we’ll go over what we found and make recommendations based on your short and long-term goals.

What to Expect During Your Fitness Assessment
- The assessment will take about 45 minutes
- Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing, sports shoes, and a water bottle
- Your assessment will take place in privacy with just you and one of our certified trainers
- The minimum age for personal training clients is 6 years old
