About Aly
Aly has always been passionate about health and fitness. Her journey in the field began early, competing in volleyball and track and field throughout high school. This passion and commitment led her to earn a Division 1 scholarship to CSU Northridge, where she thrived as a pole vaulter, earning accolades in the Big West Conference.
Beyond her own athletic achievements, Aly has always been dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals. During her time at CSU Northridge, she volunteered with 3WINS Fitness, teaching free fitness classes to low-income communities, and at the CSU Northridge Center of Achievement, where she trained clients with disabilities in an adapted gym setting. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, which laid the foundation for her career as a personal trainer.
After college, Aly had the opportunity to represent the Philippines in prestigious international track and field competitions. She remains an active member of the Philippine National Track and Field Team, specializing in pole vaulting. Aly’s experience at the highest levels of competition has fueled her desire to share her knowledge and expertise with others.
As a personal trainer, Aly brings her extensive background in speed development and athletic performance to each session. She also coaches at a local high school in San Jose, helping young athletes reach their potential. Aly believes that “just because you’re not a professional athlete doesn’t mean you don’t deserve to be supported like one.” She’s passionate about helping everyone she works with—whether they’re training for a sport or just looking to improve their overall fitness—reach their personal best.
