Jack has been an avid sports fan his entire life, playing basketball, soccer, baseball, golf, and track & field from a young age. His interest in fitness began in college when he started weight training for the first time with his roommate. After he started to see his own results, he knew he wanted to pursue a career helping others with their own goals. Jack has an educational background in exercise science and sports nutrition, and is passionate about using evidence-based principles to help his clients get the best possible results. He enjoys designing individualized programs specifically tailored towards his clients’ lifestyle and goals.
